This change keeps Pitt on the upward trajectory of being a leading research and educational institution by being able to provide more robust services to the University community, while continuing to attract, retain, and elevate an exceptional workforce.
What is Pitt Worx?
Pitt Worx is a cloud-based suite of human resources, payroll, and financial applications with built-in social, mobile, and analytic capabilities. Pitt Worx provides direct access and accessibility through interactive workflows, real-time notifications, and automated tracking through a less complicated and more efficient interface.
Pitt Worx for You
Submitting a time card? Looking to hire a new team member? All faculty and staff who currently use HR, payroll, and financial applications at the University will use Pitt Worx. The new system will help you spend less time and take less steps than some of the tasks you already complete, leaving you more time to get back to what you're doing.
Pitt Worx Education
Our goal is to make learning about the system as easy and interactive as possible. Education will be provided to learn the system's capabilities and how to use it to the fullest through tutorials, demos, videos, and more. Visit our Education page to see all the ways education will be provided.
Pitt Worx for the Future
This system is being designed with the University community in mind. Pitt Worx will be rolled out in phases, by module, beginning December 2018 and continuing through 2022. Throughout this process, we will be communicating often with our key stakeholders--you--to keep you up-to-date on everything Pitt Worx-related.
